Yoga Nidra Meditation with Live Music @Selph Health Studios

Join Gyanananda and Geeti for two hours of transformative yogic practices to balance and rejuvenate you on a Sunday afternoon.

Before you start the Yoga Nidra, Geeti will offer Naada Yoga (sound based practices with movement) to relieve tension in the body and release any busyness in your mind. Naada Yoga supports a healthy flow of Prana (life-force) through the body to help you be in an open and receptive state for the Yoga Nidra Meditation.
